We made it through another week and I woke up to glorious fall weather in the 50’s this morning. I know it’s just a tease, but I’ll take! We also have mastered the diapering situation with the spica cast and there have been no causulaties…yet…just lots of messes. I’m calling it a win. The other thing I’m calling a win is managing to get Halloween up in the house. It has been scaled back this year because of everything going on, but less can be more, right — that’s what I’m telling myself. Here’s a quick update on my simple transition from fall decor to Halloween decor, with a few costume ideas thrown in there.<\/p>\n

I’ve discovered I have a little obsession with door decorations. I have too many ideas and not enough doors. I found this bag with pom poms at\u00a0At Home<\/a> on clearance and fell in love. I plan on using it for other seasons too and changing it up. I stuffed it full of bright colored flowers, black roses, venus fly traps and glittered stems from Michaels<\/a> for a Dia de los Muertos feel. As far as my porch pumpkin, I just added a crow and that’s that!<\/p>\n
