Merry Christmas

December 24, 2020

Merry Christmas!

This is one of the first years I have not sent a Christmas card out and I’m feeling a little bitter-sweet about it. I look forward to getting cards from friends and family every year and I save all of them. Maybe I’ll get around to sending a Happy New Year’s card…at least that’s what I’m telling myself!

So from our family to yours, we are wishing you a very Merry Christmas!

“For a child is born to us,
a son is given to us.
The government will rest on his shoulders.
And he will be called:
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
— Isaiah 9:6

“For God so loved the world,
that he gave his only Son,
that whoever believes in him
should not perish but have eternal life.”
— John 3:16

“He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High.
And the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David,
and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever,
and of his kingdom there will be no end.”
— Luke 1: 32-22

Merry Christmas! When you are a blogger you get to blog your Christmas card! Look at you nailing it!

Hi and welcome! I hope to bring a little joy, humor and connection to you. To remind us all that we are not on this journey alone, that the grass isn’t always greener on the other side, that comparison truly is the thief of joy and that faith will always overcome fear!
